Irish Dancing
Everyone who enjoys Irish dancing is invited to join us for an evening of traditional Irish music and dance.

Dances for the Developmentally Disabled
Three times a year -- in the Spring, Summer and Fall -- the parish sponsors a dance for 125 to 150 developmentally disabled guests from throughout New York City. The dances are held on a Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests enjoy music, dancing, soda, and snacks.

To Volunteer: Volunteers help to set up the Hall, coordinate parking, serve refreshments, and clean up after the dance. If you would like to help out, call 212-681-8500.

AIDS/HIV+ Supper
From mid-September through mid-June, 15 to 40 people diagnosed with HIV+ are served a home-cooked supper from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm on each Tuesday. Guests also receive take-home groceries and a Metro Card.

Volunteers offer hospitality and serve from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. They greet and sign in guests, serve supper, distribute groceries and transit cards, and clean up. Volunteers arrive at 4:30 and work to 6:00 pm.

Alcoholics Anonymous
Find the courage and support to conquer your addiction to alcohol by attending Alcoholics Anonymous.

Take advantage of the wisdom and support of others who have learned to cope with a loved one's addiction to alcohol at Alanon meetings.

The St. Stephen of Hungary Credit Union gives people of modest financial resources the opportunity to deposit reasonable amounts of their personal funds at an advantageous interest rate. Individuals also may arrange small loans at a low rate of interest with a dependable financial institution.

If you long to enrich your spiritual life and make the world a better place for all through a special concern for peace, justice, equality, and ecological responsibility, join our Secular Franciscans.

Founded by St. Francis of Assisi, Secular Franciscans are committed to Christian living in the world and devote themselves to applying the Gospel to their lives in the Franciscan tradition. At monthly meetings, our Secular Franciscans take part in spiritual exercises, prayer meetings, and days of reconciliation.

Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is the largest lay organization in the Catholic Church. Its programs include evangelization and Catholic education, civic involvement, and aid to those in need. Its membership is comprised of men who are "committed to the exemplification of charity, unity, fraternity, patriotism, and defense of the priesthood."
